Tim G. Entrepreneur- Owner of Slo Moe Sodas

From Galveston County to Building a Brand

Tim G, the founder of Slo Moe Sodas, comes from Galveston County, where hustle wasn’t a trend—it was survival. Long before becoming an entrepreneur, Tim learned early how to move, adapt, and make something out of nothing. Those lessons would later become the foundation of a legal business built on culture, creativity, and resilience.

Growing up around fast money and limited opportunities, Tim was always driven by one thing: finding a way forward.

Music, Street Knowledge, and Real-Life Lessons

Before Slo Moe Sodas existed, Tim G was heavily involved in music. He rapped alongside artists like Houston's Crime Boss with Crime Lab Entertainment, contributing to tracks like “Come Ride Wit Me.” Music gave him a voice and an outlet—another form of hustle that reflected the environment he came from.

But the streets don’t come without consequences.

Like many entrepreneurs with real stories, Tim experienced setbacks and trouble along the way. Instead of letting those moments define him, he did what hustlers do best—he pivoted.

Turning Hustle Into Legal Entrepreneurship

The turning point came when Tim G made a conscious decision to take everything he knew about grind, branding, and culture—and make it legal.

That decision led to the creation of Slo Moe Sodas, an exotic soda brand inspired by Houston culture, double-cup nostalgia, and flavors people didn’t even know they were missing. What started as an idea became a fully operating business with real customers, real demand, and real growth.

Slo Moe Sodas isn’t just a drink—it’s a reflection of evolution. The same hustle that once lived in the streets now lives in production rooms, shipping labels, brand strategy, and expansion plans.

Slo Moe has changed the game.

Offering a safer alternative for real drank sippas. Bringing back the flavors that so many of us missed but without the previous risk; completely Drug Free.

Also, allowing people that have lived similar lifestyles an opportunity. Real hustlers that are ready for a change. Slo Moe Sodas has wholesale options with a lot of room for profit.

Built on Culture, Not a Corporate Playbook

Tim G didn’t follow a traditional business blueprint initially. He built a first to market product (Slo Moe Sodas) using lived experience, street knowledge, and cultural awareness—things you can’t learn in a classroom.

After realizing the undeniable potential for the business, Tim G decided to take an entrepreneur class at University of Houston. It's okay to be ignorant at first, but it's important to educate yourself. Never doubt what you're capable of. Put in the work & trust the process.

That type of authenticity is exactly why the brand resonates. It speaks to people who understand growth, change, and doing things differently—without forgetting where you came from.

The Bigger Picture

Tim G’s story isn’t about glorifying the past—it’s about outgrowing it.

From Galveston County roots to music, mistakes, lessons, and finally entrepreneurship, Slo Moe Sodas stands as proof that hustle doesn’t have to disappearit just has to evolve💯

Today, Tim G. continues to grow Slo Moe Sodas® as a legitimate business, showing that turning the page doesn’t mean erasing the story—it means writing a better ending.

Slo Moe Sodas® is going strong and has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
