At Slo Moe Sodas, every order is mixed, bottled, and packed with love — so we hope you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.


Before Your Order Ships:

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, reach out to us as soon as possible at slomoe713@gmail.com
If your order hasn’t left our facility yet, we’re happy to cancel and issue a full refund — no problem.


After You Receive Your Package:

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for your request.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at slomoe713@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package and include:

- Your order number
-A photo showing damage if that's the issue

- A short description of the issue (and photos if applicable)

- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

We review every request personally — our goal is always to make sure you’re satisfied and treated fairly.


Eligibility & Limitations:

Because our products are consumable beverages, we unfortunately can’t accept returns of opened bottles or used products.

Refunds or replacements will be approved at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).



Damaged or Wrong Items:

If something arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number — we’ll take care of it quickly.


How Refunds Are Issued:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

International Orders:

We're excited to now ship internationally! Here are a few important things to know about international orders:

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to your order depending on your country's import regulations. These fees are determined and charged by your country's customs authority — not by Slo Moe Sodas. Any duties, taxes, or customs processing fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays:

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. While we do our best to ship quickly, delivery times for international orders may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Customs Issues:

 We guarantee that we follow all requirements necessary for shipping internationally and provide all necessary documentation and information to customs with each shipment. However, if there is an issue with delivery due to customs complications beyond our control, we cannot issue a refund. We may offer a replacement at our discretion if the claim is approved.

Damaged International Orders:

If your international order arrives damaged, please email us at globalsales@slomoesodas.com within 5 days of receiving your package and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the packaging and any damaged products
  • A short description of the issue

This information helps us file a claim with our shipping carrier. We handle international damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to determine the best resolution depending on the situation.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer or is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Import Restrictions:

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import laws and restrictions regarding beverages and consumable goods. Slo Moe Sodas is not responsible for orders that are seized or held by customs due to local import restrictions.
